Information We Collect

• Account information, such as your email address, login method, and basic profile information returned by third-party login providers.
• Usage information, such as token usage, balance changes, billing records, and recharge order status.
• Email content that you choose to submit for generation, including email context, writing intent, names, and style prompts, so the service can generate email drafts.

How We Use Information

• To provide login, email verification, balance, and billing features.
• To call AI services for email drafting, translation, rewriting, and related writing assistance.
• To troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, protect accounts, and maintain service security.

Third-Party Services

This service may use Google Sign-In, Microsoft Sign-In, Resend email delivery, Stripe payment processing, Cloudflare hosting, and AI model providers. Necessary data may be sent to these services to complete login, verification email delivery, payment processing, page delivery, or AI generation.

Data Storage

Account records, balance records, order records, webhook records, and token usage records may be stored in our service database. We do not store your submitted email body, writing intent, style prompt, or generated draft as readable email content in the service database. Your browser may store local drafts on your own device to avoid losing input after a login redirect. You can remove local drafts by clearing your browser site data or using the clear draft button.

If you delete your account, login sessions, verification codes, third-party login identifiers, profile details, and remaining balance are removed or cleared. Payment, recharge, order, and token usage records may be retained in a pseudonymized form for billing reconciliation, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and required business records.

Administrator Access

The administrator dashboard is limited to account, balance, order, payment webhook, and token usage metadata. It does not provide administrators with a way to view your email content, browser-stored drafts, or generated email drafts. Submitted content is processed automatically to provide AI generation and may be sent to AI model providers for that purpose.

Email Content

Please do not enter highly sensitive information, such as government ID numbers, bank passwords, medical records, trade secrets, or personal data that you are not authorized to process. AI-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate, so you should review it before sending.
