Service

AI Email Writing Assistant provides email drafting, replying, translation, and rewriting assistance. Generated content is for reference only. You are responsible for reviewing facts, tone, attachments, recipients, and any legal or business consequences before sending an email.

Account Use

• You must use an email address that can receive verification codes, or sign in with Google or Microsoft.
• You may not abuse free credits through email aliases, automation, bulk accounts, or similar methods.
• If we detect abnormal use, attacks, billing bypass, or malicious registration, we may limit or suspend the relevant account.

Balance and Billing

Email generation is charged based on token usage. See Pricing for details. During the testing stage, recharge orders are confirmed manually by an administrator. If there is an obvious billing error, contact support for review.

Prohibited Uses

• You may not use the service for fraud, harassment, spam, impersonation, or illegal marketing.
• You may not submit sensitive personal information or trade secrets that you are not authorized to process.
• You may not attack, scan, reverse engineer, bypass service limits, or interfere with other users' normal use of the service.

Availability and Responsibility

The service may become temporarily unavailable because of third-party AI models, network issues, hosting providers, maintenance, or configuration changes. We try to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee that generated content will always be accurate, complete, or suitable for a specific purpose.
